It was a Short Sale, had mold issues, had termite damage and included a Homeowner’s Association that is self-managed. There was also an insurance claim to cover the replacement and cleanup of residual mold (although I didn’t see or smell any) inside the home. Finally, I live and work in Japan, so all of this was done with me completely out of the country. I have worked with several Realtors in the past and I know that Hollie Howell is the best I’ve worked with. She marketed my condo like I’ve never seen before. She followed up on any and all leads. She worked closely with the buyer’s realtor to address any issues proactively.
